This Site Safety Plus course is a popular route for anyone looking to take their first step towards obtaining a CSCS Labourers (Green) Card.

The SMSTS is a 5-day course run over 5 consecutive days, with a total of 40 Hours face to face tutor-led training. 

This course is for you if you are a Manager, Supervisors and other company personnel in a supervisory position, who are involved in setting up, managing or supervising construction projects, or elements within a project.

Who should attend? 

The course is for those who undertake construction/demolition activities and whose work will involve knowingly disturbing Asbestos or potentially could come into contact with Asbestos. 

RPE face fitting is also available and is highly recommended. 

The SSSTS  is a 2-day course run over 2 days or if preferred over 2 consecutive days given a total of 16 hours of face-to-face trainer-led training.

The course is suitable for those who have or are considering supervisory responsibilities, it is endorsed by the 

United Kingdom Contractors Group (UKCG) as the standard training for all supervisors working on UKCG sites and provides an understanding of health, safety, welfare and environmental issues.

Who Should Attend?

All those who operate portable cutting and grinding equipment including stihl saws and hand held grinders.

Course Length

3 Hours - theory & practical based

The SSSTS - R is a 1 day course given a total of 8 hours of face-to-face trainer-led training.

The course is for those who have previously attended and passed the full two-day (SSSTS) course and can provide proof of attendance (valid certificate) within the previous 5 years.

Prove of completion of the 2-day course MUST be given at the time of booking.

in terms of lives lost, injuries, damage to property and the environment, and to business
continuity. You may also be aware that it is believed that most fires are preventable. The
importance of fire safety in the workplace is underpinned by health and safety legislation that
places a duty on employers to establish policies and procedures and ensure their employees
receive appropriate training.
